The Delhi High Court on July 5 issued notice to the CBI on a plea moved by Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeking bail in a CBI case connected to the Excise Policy matter.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on June 26 in the case and is presently in Judicial Custody.
